- ½ kilo of red plums
- ½ kilo of yellow plums
- 2 red apples
- 2 Golden Delicious apples
- Brown sugar
- Wash the fruit. Cut plums in half and remove the stones.
- Slice apples into eighths and remove the cores.
- Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and sauté the fruit for a couple of minutes. Add one tablespoon of sugar and continue to sauté until fruit is tender.
- Serve warm in bowls.
