  • ½ kilo of red plums
  • ½ kilo of yellow plums
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar


  1. Wash the fruit. Cut plums in half and remove the stones.
  2. Slice apples into eighths and remove the cores.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and sauté the fruit for a couple of minutes. Add one tablespoon of sugar and continue to sauté until fruit is tender.
  4. Serve warm in bowls.
