Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 600 ml of rice, oat or soy-based beverage
  • 2 tablespoons of almond cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Dilute the corn flour in a few tablespoons of rice/soy drink.
  2. Blend the remaining ingredients and add the dissolved corn flour. Add to a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until thickened.
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses or bowls and allow to cool in the refrigerator.
