- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 600 ml of rice, oat or soy-based beverage
- 2 tablespoons of almond cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dilute the corn flour in a few tablespoons of rice/soy drink.
- Blend the remaining ingredients and add the dissolved corn flour. Add to a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until thickened.
- Pour the mixture into glasses or bowls and allow to cool in the refrigerator.
