- 250ml Marinara sauce
- 3 garlic shoots
- 12 prawns
- 200g mussel flesh
- Olive oil
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 cayenne pepper
- In a clay pot, fry the chopped garlic shoots with the pepper and a drizzleof olive oil. Once the garlic shoots are tender, add chopped shrimp and mussels, let them cook for a couple of minutes and add the marinara sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add the knob of butter, mix well and set aside.
- When frying the garlic, add the fish fillet, and fry for 2 minutes on each side, then proceed as indicated in the recipe and serve with seafood sauce.

Rock mussels…use farmed mussels
