Ingredients
- 500 gr. large mussels
- 1 ginger root
- 100 ml. rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sweet red chili pepper
- 4 drops of soy sauce
Preparation
- Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, thinly sliced chili pepper and ginger. Reserve.
- Steam the mussels in order to open the shells and then add to the marinade. Allow to cool and serve.
Use a few drops of lime juice and a teaspoon of grated coconut to marinate some peeled prawns and add to this tasty appetizer.Young or crianza white wine.
