Ingredients
  • 1/2 garlic crushed
  • 300g of frozen petit pois
  • 25g basil
  • 150 ml hot vegetable stock
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Place the frozen peas, basil, garlic, salt and stock in a pan.  
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes then whizz in a food processor.  
  3. Serve with a few extra basil leaves.
