- 20 gr. green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 beet
- 200 gr. lentils
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 piece of ginger (20 gr. approx.)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook the lentils until tender, drain and season with the tablespoon of soy sauce and diced ginger.
- Peel the beet and carrots and cut into very thin sticks. Do the same with the green beans. Mix with raisins and olive oil.
- Cut 4 squares of baking paper and in the center of each put some lentils and vegetable mixture. Fold the edges down and put in preheated oven at 200 º C for 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
