- 4 500g Sea Bream
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- Olive oil
- 1 glass of white wine
- Clean, scale and fillet fish, removing heads, and reserve.
- Lay two thin slices of potatoes, two slices of tomato and some onion rings on greaseproof paper. Place the fish on the vegetables, season with salt and seal up inside the paper envelope
- Put on a baking a tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ºC. Cover with white wine to steam cook the fish.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
You can use foil instead of greaseproof paper. You can also add fruit or vegetables and use any other fish.
