- 1 / 2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 1 / 2 green pepper
- 1 / 2 garlic
- 5 basil leaves
- Olive oil, salt
- Rice vinegar
- 1 kg watermelon
- Peel the tomatoes and chop along with the other ingredients.

- Dress with oil, salt and few drops of rice vinegar.
