An easy everyday dish

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 150 gr. cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2c. white miso paste
  • 4c. brown sugar
  • 2c. sake for cooking
  • vegetable oil for frying or for wok.
  1. Cut the vegetables in small, thin slices. Aprox 3cm long
  2. Put all the vegtables together in a frying pan or wok
  3. Stir-fry for 4-5 mins on a low heat
  4. Reduce heat and add the miso, sugar and sake and mix well
  5. After one minute it will be ready to serve
  6. Te serve put on a plate forming a small mound
