Ingredients
  • Squid tube, 400 gr., cut in two squares
  • Basil sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 4 chrysanthemum flowers
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
  1. Quickly cook the squid squares on each side in a hot frying pan.
  2. Prepare a saute with the minced garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
  3. Serve the squid in the sauce and top with chrysanthemum petals and basil sprouts.
You can also finely slice – carpaccio style – the squid tubes after cooking. Serve with the sauce and black rice.White wine with floral aromas and base notes of balsamic herbs. Mellow, with fresh acidity and a persistent palate
