Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 4-5 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 octopus tentacles
- 1 red onion
- 4 piquillo peppers
- Olve oil and salt
Preparation
- First of all prepare a traditional Spanish potato omelette. (See recipe for Spanish potato omelette)
- Saute the garlic and julienned onion and peppers. Once sautee, slice the octopus into medallions and add it to saute. Mix well and serve on the omelette.
