Ingredients
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 thin beef steaks
  • 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
  1. Peel and slice the onion into rings.
  2. Julienne the peppers.
  3. Heat the two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and saute the onion rings and peppers for five minutes. Season, cover and reserve.
  4. Stick a sage leaf on each fillet (with a toothpick), brush with olive oil, and fry for three minutes on each side. Add the soy sauce at the last minute. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve the steaks with the sauteed vegetables.
