Ingredientes
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 2 tablespoons mineral water
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pink pepper
Preparación
  1. Boil the peas for 5 minutes if they are fresh, and between 7 -10 minutes if they are frozen. Drain them in cold water.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or processor and half of the juice from the lemon or lime.
  3. Blend the ingredients together add a little more salt and lemon to taste and water if it is very thick.
  4. Serve with corn tortillas, pita bread in toasted strips or vegetable sticks sprinkle over pink pepper to taste.
