Ingredients
- 6 small apples
- Dates
- 750 gr. white wine vinegar
- 900 gr. sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 8 cloves
- 3 tablespoons brandy
Preparation
- Peel and chop the apples into uneven pieces, and remove the stones from the dates. Bring all the ingredients to the boil in a saucepan over low heat and simmer, while stirring, for an hour and a half.
- Store in sterilized jars.
- Goes great with pork.
