  • 2 slices bread
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 100 gr. zucchini
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 2 soup spoons of mayonnaise
  • Olive Oil
  1. Brown the bacon in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Remove, drain and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix with diced zucchini, finely chopped boiled egg and lettuce and mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the slices of bread diagonally in half to make triangles, fill with the bacon, cover and serve.
