- 4 round bread rolls
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 endive leaves
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Cut the bread and spread one of the two sides with mayonnaise.
- Top with an endive leaf, half a sliced egg, diced ham and two anchovies.
- Cover with the other half of bread.
