Ingredients
- 1 tray of mini red chard
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1 endive
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 lime
- 1 sprig of mint
- 100g peas
- 1 jar of trout roe
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the beans with the peas, mint leaves, endive, chard, salmon strips, squeezed lime juice, dill leaves and a few tablespoons of trout roe. Garnish with some salad leaves and a splash of olive oil. No need to add vinegar as the lime juice replaces it.
You can prepare this salad with shredded desalted cod or cured ham, duck, ham, etc.; also you can use different types of vegetables.
