Ingredients
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 20 gr. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 gr. peas
  • Lettuce
  • Olive oil
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Flake Salt
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt,  cook the ingredients separately. Once cooked, cut into small half-centimeter cubes and arrange in layers in a shot glass. Season the carrots with sesame. You can also add a drop of rose water or a pinch of Sichuan pepper.
  2. Finish up with chopped lettuce leaves and a drizzle of vinaigrette, prepared by mixing the oil with the vinegar and add a pinch of salt.
You can also lighten the mayonnaise dressing with half a glass of orange juice. Use your favorite vegetables in this tasty appetizer.
