Ingredients
- 200g rice
- Saffron, 2gr
- 1 chicken, chopped
- Half a rabbit, chopped
- 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- Sausages, 100gr
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 800ml chicken stock
Preparation
- With a drizzle of olive oil, saute onion and chopped peppers until they begin to brown, then add the chopped garlic and chicken, rabbit and sausage.
- Sauté the ingredients well, add the saffron and rice and stir for a few minutes, then add the chicken broth and put all the ingredients in a paella pan in the oven at 180 degrees for about 16-18 min.
- Keep an eye on the rice, making sure it has enough broth. Remove from oven and mix in the beaten egg. Return to oven for about 4 minutes until a crust is formed.
Add the egg at the last minute. You can flavor the eggs with thyme, rosemary or your favorite spice as well as a squeeze of lemon.
