- 1 pack of pita bread
- 200g provolone type cheese
- Fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Cut the provolone cheese into small cubes and spread them out on pita bread.
- Sprinkle on freshly chopped oregano.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately
