  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Half a glass of amaretto
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until quite stiff.
  2. Add sieved flour and mix thoroughly, adding two generous spoonfuls of honey.
  3. Grease molds with butter and pour in the mixture. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes: check that they are cooked by piercing with a knife – this should come out dry.
Allow biscuits to soak in amaretto or any liqueur of your choice for flavoring.
