- 4 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 200g flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Half a glass of amaretto
- Beat eggs with sugar until quite stiff.
- Add sieved flour and mix thoroughly, adding two generous spoonfuls of honey.
- Grease molds with butter and pour in the mixture. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes: check that they are cooked by piercing with a knife – this should come out dry.
Allow biscuits to soak in amaretto or any liqueur of your choice for flavoring.
