  • 300 gr. fresh tagliatelle
  • 400 ml. of cream
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 250 gr. langostinos
  • 1 bunch garlic sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until tender, remove from water, cool and reserve.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, estimating about 16-18 minutes for dried pasta and 5-6 for fresh pasta. Remove from heat and reserve.
  3. Saute the julienned garlic sprouts, add the peeled langostinos, a tablespoon of curry powder and cream. Simmer for a couple of minutes and add the pasta. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes, then add broccoli and a tablespoon of grated parmesan. Season and serve.
