Ingredients
  • 12 squid
  • 1 tray of tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • 1 sprig of chervil
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
Preparation
  1. Clean the squid and make a few cuts in them.  Now fry them in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil and a clove of garlic, serve at once.  As an accompaniment to the calamari, take the finely chopped herbs and tomatoes cut into quarters, mix in a bowl with a good splash of olive oil, season and serve as garnish.
You can fill the squid with tomatoes and then fry them to get a more intense flavor.
