Ingredients
  • 1 buttifara (black sausage)
  • 1 onion
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
Preparation
  1. Peel and finely chop the onion then fry lightly with a few drops of olive oil until translucent then set aside. 
  2. In the same pan add a little more oil and the chopped sausage fry quickly and set aside. 
  3. Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper then add the sausage and onion and mix.  
  4. Heat a pan greased with olive oil and pour the preparation into it, cook for a few minutes until it is ready.
