- 1 buttifara (black sausage)
- 1 onion
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Peel and finely chop the onion then fry lightly with a few drops of olive oil until translucent then set aside.
- In the same pan add a little more oil and the chopped sausage fry quickly and set aside.
- Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper then add the sausage and onion and mix.
- Heat a pan greased with olive oil and pour the preparation into it, cook for a few minutes until it is ready.
