Ingredients
- 250 gr cooked lentils
- 200 gr cooked brown rice
- Half onion, chopped
- Chopped parsley
- Buckwheat flour
Preparation
- Mash lentils and rice together until it is a smooth paste, add parsley and onion and mix well.
