Ingredients
- 1000 gr. no-fat natural yogurt
- 30 Goji berries
- 10 strawberries
- A wedge of watermelon
- Rose water
Preparation
- Cut strawberries into pieces, remove seeds from watermelon, and cut into chunks.
- Put strawberries, watermelon and goji berries in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Add the yogurt and 4 drops of rose water.
- Continue blending all together for 1 minute. Then leave it in the refrigerator to cool.
