Ingredients
- 50 gr. chocolate
- 250 gr. strawberries
- 3 oranges
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate over a bain marie.
- Wash and dry strawberries. Dip the bottom half of 4 strawberries in the melted chocolate and dry on absorbent paper. Wash the rest of the strawberries and remove the tops.
- Peel the oranges and chop.
- Blend the fruit in a liquidizer or blender and divide into two glasses.
- Serve immediately with the chocolate strawberries.
