Ingredients
- 500 gr. strawberries
- 200 ml. cream
- 50 gr. sugar
- The juice of 2 oranges
Preparation
- Blend the strawberries with orange juice, then strain and reserve.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream with the sugar and slowly fold in the blended strawberries. Serve with mint leaves.
You can present this delicious cream inside half oranges.
