Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 slice of melon
  • 6 dates
  • 150g of oats
  • 600g of milk 
Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the fruit into cubes, removing the date pips and place everything along with the milk and the oats into an electric mixer.  
  2. The dates will sweeten the mixture but you can also add 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten it a little more.  
  3. Then shape the mixture into figurines of different fruit such as bannana, kiwi or melon.  Now skewer each fruit onto a wooden stick and enjoy!
YOU CAN REPLACE THE MILK WITH 500G OF PLAIN YOGURT FOR A VERY HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS SNACK!
