- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 1 slice of melon
- 6 dates
- 150g of oats
- 600g of milk
- Peel and cut the fruit into cubes, removing the date pips and place everything along with the milk and the oats into an electric mixer.
- The dates will sweeten the mixture but you can also add 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten it a little more.
- Then shape the mixture into figurines of different fruit such as bannana, kiwi or melon. Now skewer each fruit onto a wooden stick and enjoy!
