Ingredients
To add to the Puch:
- Borage flowers (for decoration)
- 2 lemons sliced
- 1 mango peeled and sliced
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- Half pineapple peeled and sliced
For the Punch:
- 500 ml freshly squeezed oranges
- 500g washed strawberries
- 1 handful of mint
- 2 squeezed lemons
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
- Blend all of the above together then mix with 500ml fizzy water and add the fruit.
- If there is no borage flowers available replace with rose petals. SPECTACULAR!
If you canot get hold of borrage you can use rose petals
