- 500ml of hazelnut milk
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp. of cocoa or carob
- 4 dates
- Soak the hazelnut in water for about 8 hours
- Once soaked, strain.
- Now minipim the hazelnut and gradually add the water.
- Then with this mixture strain the milk through a cloth bag or a very fine fabric such as cotton, linen or nylon.
- Squeeze it, milking every last drop
- Now you have the hazelnut milk.
- Blend all the ingredients and serve
