Ingredients
  • 1 lt orange juice 
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 yogurt
Preparation
  1. Boil the carrots until very tender. Chill in ice water.
  2. Blend the carrots with orange juice and ginger, into a smooth cream Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  3. Accompany with a spoonful of yogurt.
Serve with a teaspoon of creamy yogurt or sugar.
