- 1 lt orange juice
- 4 carrots
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 yogurt
- Boil the carrots until very tender. Chill in ice water.
- Blend the carrots with orange juice and ginger, into a smooth cream Season with salt and pepper and serve.
- Accompany with a spoonful of yogurt.
Serve with a teaspoon of creamy yogurt or sugar.
