Ingredients
  • 400 gr. tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Chives
  • Drops of lime juice
Preparation
  1. Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes.
  2. Chop the spring onions and chives.
  3. Mix everything carefully and add soy sauce, a few drops of lime, salt, pepper and olive oil. Shape with ring-shaped molds. Finish with a few flakes of salt.
