Ingredients
  • 500 gr of uncooked cod
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 25 gr mustard
  • 25 gr of ketchup
  • 50 gr onion
  • 25 g of pickles
  • 25 gr of capers
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Mixed Lettuce
  • Black olives
Preparation
  1. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, remove, peel off the skin then remove the pulp and cut into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add the mustard, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped pickles and chopped capers. Mix and place in a round mold (this will be the shape of the tartare).
  3. Cut the cod into small squares. Place the cod on top of the tartar then add a dash of olive oil. Remove the mold, and add the lettuce and a few olives.
