Ingredients
- 500 gr of uncooked cod
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 25 gr mustard
- 25 gr of ketchup
- 50 gr onion
- 25 g of pickles
- 25 gr of capers
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Mixed Lettuce
- Black olives
Preparation
- Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, remove, peel off the skin then remove the pulp and cut into small pieces.
- In a bowl, add the mustard, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped pickles and chopped capers. Mix and place in a round mold (this will be the shape of the tartare).
- Cut the cod into small squares. Place the cod on top of the tartar then add a dash of olive oil. Remove the mold, and add the lettuce and a few olives.
