- 500 gr of prawns
- 250 gr of strawberries
- 1 purple onion
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 4 -5 limes
- Peel the prawns carefully and remove the gut with a toothpick. Add the juice and the grated zest of a lime and the finely chopped coriander then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. To make a ceviche it is important to choose very fresh and high quality prawns.
- Peel and cut the purple onion in half then thinly julienne half and chop the other half into cubes. Place in a bowl.
- Wash and cut the strawberries into small small cubes then add them to the onions along with the prawns, chilli, the juice of the limes, salt and pepper to taste and mix carefully.
- Place in the refrigerator and leave for one hour before serving.
