Ingredients
- Fresh cod or sea bass, salmon
Marinade:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 mirin
Preparation
- Clean the fish and chop into small fillets.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place fish in marinade for 30 min.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and place on a baking sheet and bake until done (5 to 10 min)
- Mix the rest of the marinade with the sauce and por over the fish fillets.
- Serve on plates with steamed vegetables cooked in 2 tbsp of sake and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
