- 2 pork chops
- 2 pears
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt and pepper
- In a baking tray Arrange the pork chops with a little olive oil and half a cup of water, cook the ribs at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, after that time add the honey to the pan and cook the meat for 20 minutes turning it over in the caramel which is formed by the honey. Allow it to caramelize before serving.
- Cut the pear into quarters and cover with the sugar. Fry the pears in a hot pan without oil until they caramelize, you can also caramelize with the ribs in the same tray.
You can also caramelize the ribs after they have been grilled and are tender by making the caramel with honey and a tablespoon of soy sauce in a saucepan over a low to medium heat.
