Description

Ingredients
  • 20ml hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup hot milk (180ml)
Preparation
  1. Put a teaspoon of Matcha  in a cup (we recommend filtering the Matcha before use).
  2. Add a teaspoon of sugar to the cup.
  3. Add 20ml of hot water and stir with a cappuccino whisk (photo).
  4. Heat milk and remove from heat just before boiling.
  5. Whisk milk with a cappuccino whisk
  6. Pour the milk into the Matcha.
  7. Sprinkle with some Matcha powder.
