- 20ml hot water
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup hot milk (180ml)
- Put a teaspoon of Matcha in a cup (we recommend filtering the Matcha before use).
- Add a teaspoon of sugar to the cup.
- Add 20ml of hot water and stir with a cappuccino whisk (photo).
- Heat milk and remove from heat just before boiling.
- Whisk milk with a cappuccino whisk
- Pour the milk into the Matcha.
- Sprinkle with some Matcha powder.
