Ingredients

    • 4 boneless chicken thighs
    • 2 hearts of lettuce
    • 150 gr. potato starch
    • 300 gr. soy sauce
    • 50 gr. balsamic reduction
    • 5 cm. ginger root
    • 2 Cloves garlic
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Chervil
    • Mint
    • cilantro (optional)
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • Pepper
    • Virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Cut boneless chicken thighs in regular-sized pieces. Prepare a marinade with half the soy sauce, the ginger and garlic, honey, lime juice and some peppercorns. Let the chicken marinate about an hour.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing balsamic reduction and soy sauce plus a tablespoon of grated ginger.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with potato starch. Fry in plenty of hot oil. Serve on a bed of lettuce along with Herbs.
  4. You can eat this dish with your fingers.
