Ingredients

    • 2 pinches of salt
    • 40 gr oat cream
    • 100 gr olive oil
    • ½ block of tempeh, steamed during 20 minutes
    • 3  teaspoons mild pepper.
    • 1 teaspoon tamari (optional)

Method

  1. Prepare a mayonaisse using garlic, salt, oat cream and oil, blending smoothly.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredientes with a couple of tablespoons of the mayonaisse.
  3. Season with tamari to taste.

This paté is really interesting when we need an extra intake of protein. Tempeh is a very easy food to digest, if it is well cooked, and can help children and sportsmen in their daily activity.
