Ingredients

    • Baked pumpkin
    • 200 gr  brown rice syrup
    • 250 gr almond in powder
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • Cinnamon in powder - pinch
    • 200 gr chestnuts, peeled and puréed
    • Sliced almonds.

Method

  1. Take the pulp of the pumkin out with a spoon, and squash with a fork.
  2. Add the almond in powder, brown rice syrup and chestnuts and mix well.
  3. Add cinnamon in powder and the zest of the lemon and whisk a little bit.
  4. Add the mixture into a baking tray and add some sliced almonds on top.
  5. Bake at 150ºC during 1 hour and a half.
