    • 100 gr. sugar
    • 1 vanilla pod
    • 1 liter of fruit juice
    • 3 sheets of gelatin
    • Several pieces of fruit
    • Flowers

Method

  1. Cook sugar, fruit juice and vanilla in a saucepan for 5 to 10 mins.
  2. Add previously hydrated gelatin and let the juice cool.
  3. Combine the mixture with 3 pieces of fruit and freeze.
