Ingredients

    Ingredients for each kilo of flour used:

    • 600 ml. water
    • 20 gr. of salt
    • 10 g of yeast
    • 100 g of starter yeast
    • 200 gr dates
    • 100 g apricots
    • 50 g hazelnuts
    • 50 g almonds

Method

  1. Knead all ingredients. Then leave the dough for 2 hours in a bowl.Divide up the dough into balls.
  2. Leave to stand in a bowl until they double in volume or for 1.5 hours.
  3. Steam the loaves at 190º - 210ºC.
