Ingredients

    • 12 fresh shrimp or prawns
    • 150 gr. of string beans
    • 1 mango
    • Juice of 6 limes
    • 200 gr. coconut milk
    • 1 fresh chilli
    • Coriander

Method

  1. Peel the prawns carefully, removing the heads, feet and tails, and with the help of a small knife remove the intestine that runs each prawn.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing the lime juice, coconut milk, string beans, diced mango, chilli and chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Marinate the prawns for about eight minutes and serve. Season with sea salt.
