Ingredients

    • 600 gr. of very fresh tuna steak
    • 100 gr. black sesame seeds
    • 1 mango

Method

  1. Chop the tuna into four cubes, season and leave to stand outside the fridge for half an hour.
  2. Brush with olive oil and cover one side with sesame seed, pressing down well.
  3. Sear in a hot frying pan for one minute on each side. It should be completely raw in the center.
  4. Cut the mango into thin slices, and place the tuna on top. Season with a little sea salt.
