Ingredients

    • Onion
    • Red pepper
    • Green pepper
    • Leek
    • Mussel
    • Prawns
    • Squid
    • Pasta for lasagna
    • Tomato sauce
    • Butter
    • Flour
    • Milk

Method

  1. In a saucepan, saute the finely chopped vegetables with a little olive oil. When the vegetables begin to soften, add the chopped squid, and mussels (previously steamed open) and peeled prawns.
  2. Sauté, and after a few minutes, add a teaspoon of flour and stir while gradually adding in a glass of milk until you have a thick dough.
  3. Season and reserve.
  4. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the instructions. Lay a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom of an oven-ready baking dish, then a layer of lasagna, the seafood mixture and so on, topping it all off with a layer of bechamel sauce. Add some grated cheese and place under the grill.
  5. Serve garnished with mussels and peeled shrimp.

Tip

You can use any seafood to prepare this lasagna, such as lobster, clams or fish.
