Grilled pork ribs with honey

Ingredients

    • 150g long grain rice
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 100ml honey
    • 50ml soy sauce
    • 1kg pork ribs
    • 1 ginger root

Method

  1. In a saucepan, gently saute the garlic with the rice, then add the ginger root and cover with broth, cooking the rice until al dente.
  2. Cut the ribs and place them on a baking tray, covering them with a mixture of soy sauce and honey.
  3. Roast the ribs in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 º. It is important to baste the ribs constantly with the honey mixture that gathers at the bottom of the tray along with the fat and juices.
  4. Serve the caramelized ribs with rice flavored with ginger.

Tip

So the ribs turn out well browned, mix honey with soy sauce and paint the ribs constantly during roasting.
