Chicken and pepper fajitas

Ingredients

    • 250g of chicken breast
    • 1/2 red pepper
    • 1/2 green pepper
    • 3 tablespoons spicy salsa
    • 4 corn tortillas

Method

  1. Cut the chicken and peppers into thin strips.
  2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and saute the chicken for 4 minutes. Add the sliced pepper and saute until done. Add the salsa, mix well, and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  3. Place a little of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll up to form the fajitas.
  4. Serve.

Tip

If you don't like peppers you can always use carrots and leek
