Ingredients

    • 6 squeezed oranges 
    • 1 squeezed pink grapefruit
    • 1 squeezed lemon 
    • Fresh dill
    • 100 gr. sugar

Method

  1. Place over low heat to reduce the orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, sugar and chopped dill until syrup texture. 
  2. From this moment let cool and reserve in refrigerator.

Tip

You can use this sauce for salads and fish
