Ingredients

    • Lentils
    • Curly endive
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Corn
    • Red onion
    • Red pepper
    • Green pepper

Method

  1. Boil the lentils until they are tender, rinse under cold running water and reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onions and finely chopped peppers, corn, tomato halves, some leaves of curly endive and the cold lentils; reserve in the refrigerator until serving time.

Tip

You can add a bay leaf, clove or species to the cooking water to flavor the lentils.
